Being a call department, many of our firefighters work out of town and
subsequently out of pager range. With eDispatches, our members are able

The Zion Fire and Rescue Department has found eDispatches a useful
tool here in the Midwest. Primarily it has enabled us to stay informed of
emergencies as they occur when pagers and radios are out of receiving

eDispatches has been a tremendous success with the members. Everyone
loves it. Tech support, when needed has been amazing. The members love
how they can still be alerted to calls and announcements even though they
don't have their pager with them. Many members work where it is not practical
